QuokkaJoy uses Outlast® Patented Thermocule Fabrics and MultiCam® Nyco Rip Stop Fabrics, which are constant temperature and breathable, wear-resistant and stain-resistant, but like ordinary cloth furnishings or bedding, it is better to clean them regularly! Since the carrier is inevitably contaminated with the baby's saliva, milk grime and environmental pollution as well, regular cleaning can reduce the adhesion of bacteria or viruses, and moreover decline the chance of allergens such as dust mites.

We recommend using mild neutral detergent or baking soda powder when washing the carrier, and then putting it in the laundry bag to wash it in the washing machine. Do not mix with other clothes or use chlorine-containing bleach. If there are strong stains, a small amount of dishwashing detergent can be applied to the surface or soak in cold water with detergent for ten minutes before washing.
