Eight exercises recommend to pregnant women

Although everyone reacts differently during pregnancy, regular exercise is really good for pregnant women. In addition to improving muscle strength and endurance, it can also help you to minimize the common symptoms of pregnancy.
Ideal exercise during pregnancy will allow you to maintain your cardiopulmonary function, strengthen your back muscles and lower the aches and pains of the expecting set, but it will not cause physical stress. It is recommended to combine aerobic and muscle strengthening exercise modes at least three times a week. If you have no exercise habits before pregnancy, you can start from 10-15 minutes each time and then gradually increase to 20-30 minutes.
The following eight exercises are best for pregnant women: walking, swimming, jogging, yoga, Pilates, aerobics, dance, and Kegel exercises. While exercise is generally good to pregnant women, it’s better to follow some tips to work out safely such as stay cool, drink up, warm up and cool down, and most importantly, listen to your body. Whatever you do, try not to be too hard on yourself when it comes to exercising, and don't forget to have fun!
